Policy

While I understand that everyone runs late occasionally, I respect your time and I expect the same in return. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service amount, cancellations less than one hour notice and no call/no show clients are required to pay the full service amount before rebooking another appointment. After 3 late appointments, I will no longer be taking you as a client.
